Cookies (and similar technologies, such as tags and pixels) are small data files placed on your device that let a website recognize and remember you across visits.
2. The cookies this site sets
This site asks for your permission before setting any cookie beyond what's strictly necessary to run it. When you first visit, a banner offers three choices with equal weight: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Cookie settings to choose per category. Nothing in the Analytics or Marketing categories runs before you choose.
Cookies fall into three categories:
- Essential — always on. Required for the site to function; there's no toggle for these because disabling them would break the site.
- Analytics — off until you opt in. Helps us understand how visitors use the site.
- Marketing — off until you opt in. Used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Your choice is stored in one first-party cookie, ddl-consent, for about 183 days. If we materially change what a category covers, your stored choice is treated as expired and the banner asks again.

5. Known limitations
Withdrawing consent for a category stops this site's own future use of it immediately. However, if a third-party tool (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot) already set a cookie on your device before you withdrew consent, that cookie can't be deleted programmatically from another domain — you'll need to clear it via your browser settings if you want it gone immediately.
